Microangelo was built around a simple belief: road cycling carries more than a century of history, and the spirit of Gran Fondo racing — endurance, precision, the pursuit of every possible gram saved — deserves a bicycle built with the same discipline.

A different kind of distance.
No category in cycling demands more than road. Every gram is scrutinized. Every rider on this road has spent years earning the instinct to know, the moment they clip in, whether a bike is right. There are no shortcuts here, and no room for compromise.
This is why Microangelo began with road cycling. Not the easiest path — but the one that demanded everything we set out to build. A frame light enough to disappear beneath you. Hours in open countryside, carried by endurance rather than effort. And when you need it — climbing into a headwind, extending a ride past where your legs alone would take you — an assist that arrives quietly, only when called upon.
The name carries this same idea. Micro is micro-mobility: light, precise, personal. Angelo is the assist itself — help that feels like it was never really there, until the moment you needed it. And spoken aloud, Microangelo echoes another name — Michelangelo, the master whose pursuit of precision defined an era of European craftsmanship. It’s not a claim we make lightly. It’s a name that, once heard, is never forgotten.

Every Microangelo frame is built with a monocoque carbon construction. Our flagship model weighs as light as 11.89kg — battery and motor included. It’s a number that speaks for itself in a category where every gram matters.
At the close of Eurobike 2022, Microangelo’s bicycle was selected to represent the event on its official channels — a recognition of the brand’s design language and its sensitivity to color, material, and finish. That same year, Microangelo was interviewed by Monocle at the show, discussing the story behind the brand’s name and the design instincts that shaped it.
